Membership:
Any person may join the Organisation as a member. Children between the ages of 13-18 may join with written parental permission. If under the age of 12, children will be welcomed free as members with adult supervision.
Membership Fees:
- Adults – $24 per year or $2 per month.
- Junior 13 -18 years – $12 per year or $1 per month.
- Children 12 and under – Free with adult supervision.
- All fees are paid pro-rata with annual fees due in March each year.
- These fees are used to pay the club insurance policies.

Club Rules:
1. Leave no trace, take your rubbish, back fill your holes and leave the area you hunted in as good or better condition than you found it.
2. We do NOT hunt private property without permission.
3. Members may not use the club name to gain permissions unless authorised by the Club Committee.
4. The club reputation must be upheld at all times.
5. Use appropriate equipment for the areas we hunt including sun safe clothing and digging tools suitable for the area. eg: No picks in the park.
6. Respect other club members and always act in good faith toward other club members.
7. Have fun, share knowledge and enjoy the hobby as much as possible. The club is designed to be an outlet for our hobby and having a good time is always the priority.
